- The bright living room is composed of a TV area with couches, a sitting area with open fireplace and a dining area with large table. French doors open up to a first covered terrace and to the garden. Fully equipped kitchen with access to a second terrace with table for ‘al fresco’ dining and a lovely lounge corner for an aperitivo while admiring the view on Lake Maggiore. On this level is also a toilet. 
- On to the sleeping area, a few steps up, you’ll find 5 bedrooms: two bedrooms with double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds and one bedroom with single bed. There are two bathrooms with tub and shower screen, and another toilet. 
- Going down to the lower floor there is bathroom with shower, laundry room, and a surprising room with pizza oven and barbecue grill!

The outdoor is particularly inviting with a beautiful lawned garden with sun loungers, several terraces for soaking up the lakeviews and a flowered pergola with stone table. The property is completely fenced for your kids to safely play in and your pets to roam around.

Situated within walking distance (300 m) of the village of Magognino you’ll find a bar and grocery store. This vacation villa is located 4,5 km from the town of Stresa, the most popular tourist destination at Lake Maggiore. Enjoy a stroll along the lakeside promenade, enjoy the sun on the beach or by the swimming pool (Lido Carciano) or walk through the narrow alleys with their handicraft shops and many cafés and restaurants. Stresa faces the famous Borromeo Islands so just hop on any ferry to discover the enchanting beauty of Lake Maggiore.
